JSSATE motivates faculty and students to converge and share ideas and experiences. Additionally, all the branches can focus on improving research integrity and culture to contribute to the most suitable practices and their impact.
Our HODs and faculties are at the advent of fostering a favorable research eco-system by participating in training and stimulating conversations to address challenging questions openly and sincerely. Thus, initiating impactful modes to establish a research culture and to enhance morale in the institution to accentuate the importance of research-based education and engage all faculties and stakeholders. The institute encourages the participation and arrangement of international and national conferences, seminars, workshops, panel discussions, and faculty development programs. Departments are striving to excel in various thrust domains in research by publishing the findings in high-impact journals.
Career progression is a pivotal character in retention and enriches not just the quality of research for the JSSATE but society at large. Researchers experience more appreciation in terms of improvement in skill, enhanced quality of research-based teaching, and the highest ethical standards for the students of JSSATEB. They are actively involved in authoring research papers, books, book chapters, proposals, consultancy and the filing of patents. Faculties have MOUs with industries, and institutions of national significance to facilitate exchanges and other corroborative research activities.
Thus, JSSATEB facilitates open deliberations that can help prompt a more collaborative atmosphere by allowing our researchers to disseminate their ventures-not only their conquests but also their "failures!"
